New temporary forum style: Subsilver2 theme

We all know that there has a problem with regards to the current theme of the forums which is “prosilver” having un-aligned forum index and forum list.

For the time being, we will be using the subsilver2 theme which is less cooler than the previous theme while i’m looking for a way to fix the style.
